SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Runway Brooklyn we would like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

We offer FREE EXPRESS POST shipping via Australia Post for all orders to the value of $150 or more within Australia. There is a $10 flat rate for EXPRESS POST shipping on orders below this threshold.

When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note* Confirmation emails can be hiding in your junk folder, please double check all junk folders or email us at runwaybrooklyn@gmail.com

If you have purchased a sale item, dispatch is not immediate, the item can take up to 3 days to be shipped. 

For all orders shipped within Australia, we use Express Post via Australia Post.

In most cases orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping.

Please note: to guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am-5pm, as Regular Express Post does not obtain a signature on delivery. Please notify us if you require signature on delivery, as we are not responsible for stolen parcels.

 

 

Shipping outside Australia

A flat rate of $25 shipping is charged on all orders outside Australia.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail

In most cases orders will be received within 7-14 business days of shipping, although certain destinations may take longer

International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances (eg. Strikes, floods etc). If there are delays due to stock reasons Runway Brooklyn will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order

 

 

Returns Policy

We understand how tricky it can be to know how a piece will fit before trying it on, and that’s why we offer you a completely risk-free 7 day return policy on all full priced items.

Provided the item is not worn, altered or washed, has the swing tag still attached and is in the original packaging, you may return within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returned goods are returned and received on time, within the relevant time frame, and sent to us using a viable postal or courier option. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items for which we are happy to reimburse.

To exchange or refund, contact us at runwaybrooklyn@gmail.com to request at RA number. Returns will not be accepted outside of the 7 day return period.

Please note: There are no exchange or refunds on SALE items. This also includes promo codes.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside Australia. All orders shipped outside Australia are final.

 

 

Faulty Items and Damages

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at runwaybrooklyn@gmail.com and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges and we may request a photo be supplied. If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened, insist that this is noted upon delivery.

 

 

Misplaced Orders

All orders sent by Runway Brooklyn have a unique tracking number, if for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.

 

 

Incorrect delivery address/undeliverable parcel

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.
